TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and
I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.
- Please make sure I’m the right person for you to commission!
- You must be above 18 to commission me.
- Commissions usually take from 2 weeks up to 2 months to finish. If you have any deadline (eg. birthday gift) then you must mention it before.
- I DO NOT CONSENT FOR MY ART TO BE USED TO GENERATE AI IN ANY FORM OR WAY! you will be black list!
- If you want priority you'll pay +$50. With priority, you will be at the top of the list and you will pass those who arrived before you.
- These commission prices are NON-COMMERCIAL prices (unless stated otherwise in the comms info), meaning they are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute it in large quantities or use it in any form that could bring income. Commercial commissions are roughly x2 the price or more, depending on the purpose.
- Payment first and via PayPal, the currency is in USD
- All fees/taxes have been included in the starting prices of all product
- Please NO RUSH. I'm a human, I have my problems and my life. Don't ask every day how it's going, it is annoying and anxious.
- For illustration commission changes are only allowed during the sketch, if you ask for changes during lineart/coloring, you'll pay extra (depends on the changes).
- Detailed characters will have added costs (depends on the character).
- Extra character will include their respective costs in addition.
- Can't resell.

- Super Gore
- Too weird fetishes
- Violence or hate
- Mecha (small mecha details characters are ok)

REFUND
- You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
- You may request a refund if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.
- I do not refund after payment.

COPYRIGHT
- I hold every right to every commission and drawing.
- This means that I am allowed to promote, display and/or publish the piece in any place or website, publish books with it, live stream the process and post it on social media. I reserve the right to create my own merchandise with a commission.
- You are allowed to:
Use the commission for personal use, unless agreed otherwise. This means you can post the commission on social media if you give proper credit to me; you can print the commission out and display it in your personal space; you can print the commission on items like a tote bag, clothing, etc for your own personal use. If the commission is intended as a gift for someone else, the same rights apply to that one person.
- The following things are not allowed:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, making money off of the commission in any way, taking credit for the creation of the artwork, and removing any watermarks/signatures.
